INSURANCE COVER
Please note I have just received a new communication from our insurers.
They are now using NEW application booklets and have NEW rates commencing 1st January 2010
I have NO control over these rates, and I will do some more research to see if I can get better rates elsewhere.
the new Rates are:
£2million cover = £70.00p per instructor per year
£5million cover = £90.00p per instructor per year
£10million cover = £110.00p per instructor per year
This is for Instructors Public Liability

The rate for Personal Accident per instructor is £55.00p

NEW CLUB FOR NEIL HALL ....                                                                           

Neil Hall 5th Dan, and a long supporter and friend of myself, as well as being an original Goshinkwai Combat Black Belt, has opened a NEW Club in Dewsbury... Finally for Neil who has both dreamt and worked for this goal over the years.                                                                                  The club is called 'ALLEGIANCE MARTIAL ARTS CENTRE' and is in DEWSBURY West Yorkshire. Its a great facility, really large with MMA, Kickboxing, Ju-Jutsu, etc etc... well done Neil and an extra well done to Neil's wife Kath, who works hard with little acknowledgement for her work

ACTION FOR SOCIETY ... NEWS

The Charity that is part of the SDF is now up and running.                                                                   We are now asking SDF Clubs, Instructors and Members for their support if possible.           We hope you can help this worthwhile charity, but PLEASE don't feel 'obliged' to do so if you don't want to.                                                                                                                                              There are many ways you can help from simple 'collection tins' in your gym or club, to organising events, or just asking around other people you know from both inside and outside of your training.                                                                                                                                                 If you would like a collection tin (or more than one) or a 'pack' with the details of 'sponsor forms' and other charity 'bumph' please just ask.
